Overall objectives of the inclusive learning resource

Inclusive learning intervention logic: (What are the overall broader objectives to which the action will contribute?)

The ADHD toolkit has been developed as a game between teacher and student to respond to the need of the student with ADHD for some 'stimulation' and extra incentive. The game should seriously be taken, but it is intended that the student at the end always wins. As stated in the third chapter of this bundle: "we manipulate the throw, so that the positive side always comes to the surface."

Objectively verifiable indicators of achievement: (What are the key indicators related to the overall objectives?)

It brings an alternative and enjoyable way for teachers and their students who are struggling with ADHD to improve their relations and help students to concentrate on topics

Sources and means of verification: (What are the sources of information for these indicators?)

Toolkit has been prepared by experts. There are online chapters which explains how does it works step by step:

Risks and Challenges:

Specific purpose of the inclusive learning resource

Inclusive learning intervention logic: (What specific objective is the resource intended to achieve to contribute to the overall objectives?)

The aim of the game is the intended behavioral change in the child. In other words: the commitment is based on a problem situation that is sufficiently serious to stimulate mutual motivation among teachers and pupils to play the game. The game then unfolds as a standard behavioral therapeutic, positive empowering approach. If the student succeeds in adjusting the difficult point of behavior (with more or less help from the teacher), then he or she wins. The behavioral change principles that are followed here have been developed entirely in accordance with the scientifically demonstrated effective approach for ADHD.

Objectively verifiable indicators of achievement: (Which indicators clearly show that the objective of the actions/resource has been achieved?)

Sources and means of verification: (What are the sources of  information that exist or can be collected? What are the methods required to get this information?)

Toolkit has been prepared by experts. There are online chapters which explains how does it works step by step:

Risks and Challenges: (Which factors and conditions outside the user's responsibility are necessary to achieve that objective? (external conditions)) Which risks should be taken into consideration?

The insight that children with ADHD really have limitations is never forgotten. The game guides the teacher in testing the child's ability to take responsibility for the behavior to be changed and also introduces the teacher to the limits of what is feasible. In this way it becomes clear for teachers and pupils which level of independence can be achieved and from when actual help and compensation are needed.
