Overall objectives of the inclusive learning resource
Inclusive learning intervention logic: (What are the overall broader objectives to which the action will contribute?)
Enhancing adult education and learning environments with digital media. The aim of the new online material is to offer teachers and educators positive experiences of using digital media in their own teaching. The project will develop methods for learning digital media in a playful and joyful way.
Objectively verifiable indicators of achievement: (What are the key indicators related to the overall objectives?)
Sources and means of verification: (What are the sources of information for these indicators?)
The aim of the partnership is:
To develop and expand the competencies of the adult educators, especially their digital competencies, in order to enhance the learning experience of the students.
To decimate the digital gap between the teachers and students.
Improved quality of adult education offered and better access to learning.

Risks and Challenges:
Specific purpose of the inclusive learning resource
Inclusive learning intervention logic: (What specific objective is the resource intended to achieve to contribute to the overall objectives?)
The basic principle for the development work in the project is BYOD (Bring your own device). Professional development and training for teachers and educators is a crucial point for the “digital jump”. When developing digital competencies of the educators the pedagogical aspects of using digital media is especially important.
The innovative elements in the partnership and development work are modeling of “Digimentors”, an iterative development process method and emphasis on the pedagogical aspects on the use of digital media. .
Objectively verifiable indicators of achievement: (Which indicators clearly show that the objective of the actions/resource has been achieved?)
Sources and means of verification: (What are the sources of information that exist or can be collected? What are the methods required to get this information?)
Risks and Challenges: (Which factors and conditions outside the user's responsibility are necessary to achieve that objective? (external conditions)) Which risks should be taken into consideration?
Expected results on implementation of the resource
Inclusive learning intervention logic: (The results are the outputs envisaged to upscale. What are the expected results?)
The main outcomes of the project are:
New online materials for teacher training
Training material irrespective of ICT-equipment, -surroundings and devices in use by the schools/educational institutions and/or the students
Objectively verifiable indicators of achievement: (What are the indicators to measure whether and to what extent the action/resource achieves the expected results?)
Sources and means of verification: (What are the available sources of information for these indicators?)
Risks and Challenges: (What external conditions must be met to obtain the expected results on schedule?)
Activities
Inclusive learning intervention logic: (What are the key activities to be carried out and in what sequence in order to reach the expected results?)
They offer 5 free online modules to help teachers connect better with their students (Taking the advantage of ICT technologies)
The main activities are 5 different modules:
1. Module on Playfull interactive materials ( learn about the principles of interactivity and how to create playful interactive learning content),
2. Module on Playfull online cataloques (you will get insight into, tools for and hands-on experience with practicing Playful Online Dialogue and video-conferencing as a way of teaching & learning),
3. Module on Playfull simulations (you will be introduced to the theoretical basis of playful simulations, including the instructional dimension of using them in the educational process and of course, some practical examples),
4. Module on Playfull assessments ( it would seem difficult to imagine assessment in a playful mode, but this is the challenge we intend to analyze in this module) ,
5. Module on Playfull video background (learn about different ways of using video in your teaching. You will learn how to produce your own video material and how to use existing video material for different pedagogical purposes.
You will also be able to inspire your students to co-produce videos).
Each module has 5 different steps:1.See one, 2. Do one, 3. Teach one, 4. Remix one. 5..Recap.

Objectively verifiable indicators of achievement: (What are the means required to implement these activities, e.g. personnel, equipment, training, studies, supplies, operational facilities, etc.)
Equipment: PC and Internet access
Sources and means of verification: (What are the sources of information about action progress?)
Costs: Free Online Training Resource for teachers
Risks and Challenges: (What pre-conditions are required before the use of the resource starts? What conditions outside the user's direct control have to be met for the implementation of the planned activities?)
