CLBchat.be is an online platform for each stakeholders of inclusive and special education to exchange information, experiences and supplying reliable information about certain topics. This system enables to reach information more easily and fast.

It helps teachers, students and parents to get contact CLB experts faster effectively.
Sources and means of verification: (What are the sources of information for these indicators?)
This platform created by CLB. On the basis of their long experience, CLB experts developed this platform to reach all children who has special needs, their teachers and parents. Users can tell their story, ask a question, ... or view with their chat coach what they would like to achieve, and how they can approach it.

CLBchat.be is developed by CLB especially finding solution for problems and answering to questions about inclusive and special education faster.

There are many other initiatives gives almost same services which can be inspired by this platform. In addition to that CLB with it many officers are in touch with target groups, so they can use this platform to keep up with their students.
Sources and means of verification: (What are the sources of information that exist or can be collected? What are the methods required to get this information?)
Only CLB employee answers questions or reply during chat. A chat conversation lasts a maximum of 45 minutes, so that other students and parents also get a chance to chat.
The chat button appears at the top as soon as the chat is open. Personal information are not shared. The chat program is anonymous and secure.Before starting a chat, users needs to give some information. This can help the chat facilitator to give you an answer. Where your name is asked, you must write something. Otherwise the chat door will not open. This can be your name but also a nickname so that you can remain perfectly anonymous.
It is not possible for others to follow or interrupt the conversation. After the conversation there is no trace of the conversation on computer, unless it have been copied and saved the conversation users.

Content of the chats must be controlled by CLB officers or pedagogues. Because children, especially who has special needs are vulnerable and they can feel affection to person whom they talk. In addition to that, in case of emergency (like inclination to harm him/herself or others) some information should be shared with authorities. But users should be informed in the beginning.

Initiative is not concentrating on procedural problems but also personal stories and conversations can be made on this platform.

In order to use platform, students should be informed how to use PC and internet. Also they should be thought about safely internet usage.
