Resource teachers was set up because of the steady increase in the number of students with disabilities in middle and high school. Resource teachers are mainly responsible for developing and implementing training for teachers receiving students with disabilities.

It supplies training programmes and resources for teachers who works with disable students both in special education or mainstream education system.

In this programme teachers are being trained by experts. Both special education teachers and ordinary education teachers are being trained together. In addition to that in secondary education cases, training team trains both teachers and other professionals directly in their school by specifying on disability.

Resource Teachers training program given by the experts who works on several disability types. Main aim of the project is getting touch with teachers of special / ordinary education and train them based on their students needs.

They provide advice, methodological aids, participate in the assessment of needs or the implementation of educational adaptations. They also set up training courses enrolled in the academic training plan.

This course is optional and organizing by volunteers. So teachers should make their enrollment on online system.

There very high demand for program disorders.On 900,000 students that account the Academy In Créteil, about 75,000 have a TSLA, and a significant number are disabled.Many of us are specialized in cognitive function disorders.
