The Bazen Verbazen project was set up to counter this by hitting employers in the heart. This is done give a face by the young people from the target group and also empower them. By itself on positively presented to employers regional employer meetings.

Ten schools have been selected by the Bazen Verbazen jury for their original idea. Together with professional art makers, they have prepared a presentation in which they show their own talents and skills to employers. Below is a brief summary of their plans and the dates on which they presented themselves at a regional employers' meeting.

Bazen Verbazen is a project for schools for practical and secondary special education that bridge want to strike between their young people and potential employers. Young people with a distance to the labor market often do not know what qualities they have in house and what they have to offer. Bazen Verbazen challenges them to this to discover their chances on the job market increase.

At the end of the lessons ...

• Have the students learned the concepts of:

• talents, characteristics and skills

• mean.

• Have the students practiced naming and determine about which talents, characteristics and skills they possess.

• Know the students how to use these talents, traits and skills in the work floor / internship.

• Have the students practiced with themselves

• present in a creative, versatile way.

Activities

Inclusive learning intervention logic: (What are the key activities to be carried out and in what sequence in order to reach the expected results?) 

The lesson package consists of an introduction lesson and 5 lessons.

In these lessons, students work towards a final presentation in which students present themselves as a group. The students go to prepare for this final presentation looking for their talents, qualities and skills during the lessons. Step by step they become further assisted in finding and articulating this. Different methods are used for this: activating, creatively, individually or in groups.
