For vulnerable groups, the inclusion or exclusion of digital media can make a world of difference. Access, use and understanding of digital media can strengthen and empower them or, if they are not present, exclude even more from participation in society. These target groups often have specific learning needs. In the disclosure of the methodologies and projects we therefore focus not only on the digital aspects, but also on the pedagogical and substantive preconditions for including everyone at his level and needs in the digital society.

The content of this site focuses on organizations and practices that focus on the various (vulnerable) groups in society: elderly people who have missed the digital boat, low-literate people, target groups with a low level of education and / or a low income, people with a limitation.
