The book contains practice material for almost 50 lessons. The exercise material can be used in every regular class. There is a clear reference to the usual teaching cores: going, balancing, rolling, swinging, climbing and scrambling, jumping, throwing and catching. Well-known games, such as tag, bat, Annamaria Koekoek and hit ball, are made suitable for children with motor impairments.
