Methodological recommendations for the organization of municipal pedagogical meetings, medical commissions and inclusive education support center pedagogical medical commissions.

Specific recommendations have been prepared for successful methodological commissions organization. It explains in detail what documents are needed from other institutions, as well as suggestions for communication with parents in order to organize successful mutual cooperation. What is important is that we have brought out a variety of document samples that are needed for methodological sessions to be successfully managed and organized as well as specific session protocols and guidelines for each protocol.

Recommendations determine the preparation of the municipal pedagogical medical commission or the joint municipal, pedagogical, medical commission or pedagogical medical commission of Inclusive Education Support Center (hereinafter - the commission) and the necessary documentation, preparation of the learner test card (hereinafter - card) ) recommendation steps and criteria as well as issuance.

Guideline material consists of 51 detailed recommendations for successful conduction of methodological sessions. The appendixes also contain pedagogical information about methodical sessions and opinions.

In it's work, the commission shall observe the Education Law, General Education Law, Law on the Child Rights Protection, Personal Data Protection Law, Cabinet Regulation No. 709 of 16 October 2012 "Regulations on Pedagogical Medical Commissions", Cabinet Regulation No. 253 of 4 April 2006, Procedures for Arranging Education for Long-term Sick Learners Outside the Institution of Education, and other regulatory enactments, as well as regulatory enactments issued by the local government, which determines work of a specific local government pedagogical medical commission.

The Commission shall assess student's need for continuing education at home on the recommendation basis from the GP or Physician Commission. If the physician does not impose restrictions on mobility, the child and the parent shall attend the Committee. F81, F90, etc. are not a criteria for such a decision in the absence of other co-morbidity). Organizing training at home is recommended only if the learner is prescribed treatment that cannot be combined with the learning process and if there are any of the following criteria: the physician has restrictions on mobility; When recommending the need to organize home-based education for children with long-term illness, the commission shall, in any case, indicate the time frame for home-based education as well as restrictions on movement outside the place of residence.
