Eastlea Community School situated in London, UK has a very inclusive and diverse community. Almost 67 language spoken students are studying in this school right now. 17% of the school's entire population is special need students. They also have an on site resourced provision for 15 students with a complex needs learning profile and they have around 20 students that qualify for higher needs funding. Teaching assistants aren't always subject specialists. It sometimes becomes difficult to make sure that they understand what they are trying deliver to the students. A department works for making differentiated work plan and subject plan for the students and prepares them for the teaching assistants so that they follow those. Teaching assistants have an inclusive approach to students and teaches special need students individually. They emphasize on communication between special need students with general students.
