Description of good practice:
The tutoring system at NBU is a program for academic partnership between teachers and students who need support. It covers all newly admitted students with special educational needs , who can choose their tutor from certain professors to support them in the process of their integration into the university system and in their future growth as individuals. Within this system, a form for mutual assistance of students at NBU has been developed, united by different initiatives, developing and sharing similar interests in different scientific fields or arts.
