As part of the project, all partners collected good practices. In order to cover the whole field, the work focused on three target groups / three levels.

The collection of good practices and the analysis of data allowed us to look at existing experiences in different countries in relation to all target groups and at all levels, but with a particular focus on the international level.

A total of 333 good practices were collected and evaluated during the project. Most of them in English (278), but a significant number are also in Bulgarian (32) and Turkish (19).

Although some of the good practices are not in English, all of the descriptions are, and can be translated and adapted as needed (at the request of Asian partners).

Description of good practice:	College 2 Career is a cooperative contract program between the San Diego Community College District and the California Department of Rehabilitation and jointly serves individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder who also receive services from the San Diego Regional Center. Participants must be served by both agencies. Students may attend classes at Miramar College, City College and Mesa College as well as any of the continuing education campuses in the San Diego Community College district. They participate in colleges classes with 50% of student load in general coursework and 50% in College 2 Career educational assistance classes that focus on college success, life management and employment related success. The program goal is to better prepare students with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder with tools needed to complete college coursework and prepare for competitive, integrated employment. Students may participate in grant activities for up to three years. Potential students will be 22 years of age or have completed high school (or the equivalent). An application and interview with College 2 Career program staff must be completed for acceptance.
